M and I drove up North over the weekend for a small, well deserved weekend getaway in the Russian River Valley. Guerneville, to be exact — about 15 miles away from where we’ll be getting married along the Sonoma coastline.
The weather was perfect, and there were stars. Oh so many stars.

My folks and Sister Emily were in town (over the weekend) for a visit during their Northern
Californian vaca (planned months before they knew they’d have to fly out here again in October 
) Matt and I took them to one of our favorite places, the tidepools at the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve. It’s a bay area must-see!
