All the good vibes paid off and I'm (read: very) happy to announce that our application was accepted. Last night we signed the lease and handed over a big check so that starting November 1st, this place will be ours:

B: Thanks! With 2 bathrooms and a back deck -- there's no need for the car because we'll probably never leave!
E: not sure when we'll actually be moving -- but if it does happen while you're in town, you'll be off the hook because we're hiring movers!
