Karen (Pam's cousin):

Hi - out of curiosity I went to your blog. To say the least, I am very impressed with your photos. Do you just do that as a hobby, or do you work in that field? They are beautiful! I would like to be added to your blogroll (?). I am a little blog illiterate. I am on Myspace under this link http://home.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user. I think you can just click on send message. You might have to sign up, but but you can just do a general sign on with just the minimal amount of information to get an account. Just send a friend request and I will add you so you can read my blog, if you want. Enjoy the beautiful scenery you have. Good to "meet" you.

Karen

K: Hi Karen, thanks for visiting and it's nice to "meet" you too! I have a myspace account, so I will definitely check your blog out. My undergraduate degree (from RIT) is in biomedical photographic communications, which is a photography degree - with more of a concentration in scientific subject matter versus fine art. Unfortunately, I moved into web design and multimedia development shortly after graduation (back in 1999) and photography became more of a hobby (film-based). I've been shooting mostly on a point and shoot digital for the past few years, and have only recently upgraded to digital SLR since moving out here (so much to photograph!). I'm hoping to post more pics soon!
